"My child played baseball in a very competitive program for many years. We left this program in search for a program that truly put the kids first, and focused on what was best for the kids, not just winning at all costs. We recognize winning is important, but developing the kids and creating a learning environment that is positive, fun and focuses on teamwork, is what we found in the North Palm Beach program.
"My son had played for 5 years, and decided to quit baseball. We saw this same situation happening with so many other kids who just did not want to play after a bad experience. I did not want my son to lose his love for baseball, and I went in search of other programs. I found North Palm, and they truly welcomed us, and now my son loves baseball again. He is a confident player, and he has improved and continues to grow and develop his skills. North Palm offers REC baseball in the Spring, and opportunities to play on their Travel Teams the Whitecaps in the Spring and Fall. I highly recommend both programs, and I am available to talk to you further if you have questions."

“This program is about developing young adults and players. Not winning and playing time. The goal isn't to go undefeated and win a South Florida Travel League trophy. It's to make it to Cooperstown at 12 y/o and play a few games over the minimum and to help prepare these kids for the game we call life, where it's not always rainbows and sunshine.
"We are working on developing high school players. The practices that we have been running are the same used at the high school level. High school coaches want players and parents that are prepared for high school practices and high school situations”.
- Bryan Cullop, Whitecaps Coach.
“Our team is comprised of 3 components, 1) the players, 2) the parents, and 3) the coaches. All 3 working together at all times will assure a successful, fun season for the players. We know you'll do your part.
“Our players are working hard to prove they are the type players we want on the Whitecaps. A good player, a good person who will work hard to be a supportive teammate, coachable by the coaches, and a good student as school is more important than baseball. We believe baseball is merely is merely a vehicle to help teach each player, together with parents, life's lessons”. “Baseball is a great game, that's all! Our players are 9 and 10 year old boys who are navigating their way to becoming young men.
“The parents are very much an important part of our team. You are the support " off the field" to help your player understand the overall importance of what the coaches are doing on the field. And, yes, there are times when you may have a question or concern. Please feel free to address the issue in a positive, team supportive way. Winning is important! Effort and hard work will get us there. Our main objective is to develop a TEAM. Winning is a bi-product of a good, solid, everyone working together team”.
